The Artificial Supergrass website was quick & easy to navigate. I selected a few Samples to view and they were sent very quickly. . Decent sized samples, which made selection much easier. Received a text message asking if all was ok and to get in touch with any questions. I did have a couple of questions and they were answered quickly, without fuss or pressure. I placed my Order - for supply only, which was delivered without issues. Extremely happy with the whole process and delighted with my grass. Excellent quality & excellent Service.

Really good service throughout. We visited their showroom to look and feel all the grass options before selecting what we wanted (a mixture of 4 meter wide for the front and 5m wide for the back). Georgia and Neil provided great advice on installation options and the accessories we needed. All delivered exactly on time and perfect!

Absolutely fantastic service. Quality of grass is amazing. I was unsure how it would look as I remember when it first came out and it was thin and not a proper green grass colour. But this product is phenomenal. The fitters are again amazing, recommend by the company. Came on time and sorted everything, skips etc. They just got on with the job, super fast. Had a great experience with these guys right from the initial online contact, they sent me samples that literally can the next day from me contacting them, once I chose the grass I was given a competitive quote for everything I needed and once I gave the go ahead all materials delivered promptly the same week. I contacted other companies to but went with these guys as nothing was to much trouble Neil’s videos were informative and the quality of the product was awesome and would highly recommend to anyone wanting artificial grass.

Can honestly say the level of service provided by this family run business is the best experience I have ever had with anyone in any line of business. From first contact everything was done in the best possible way and they helped me at every point with advice on what I would need for my project, including tips on how best to go about my self install. The quality of the doggy daycare grass product I bought is excellent and definitely worth what I paid for it. Neil the managing director delivered my grass himself and helped me get it to where I needed it in my garden. He was really helpful with advice as he used to be an artificial grass installer himself and I cannot thank him and his team enough, brilliant company to deal with, I would recommend anyone looking for artificial grass to look no further than Artificial Super Grass. I still have to finish cutting in my grass and brushing it but it is in position now so photo included for reference.

We recently installed artificial supergrass for a customer and it has completely transformed the space. The quality is outstanding lush and vibrant. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking to upgrade their lawn with something that looks amazing all year round without the upkeep.

I decided to fit artificial turf to my back garden and contacted seven companies. Upon phoning, I was immediately impressed by Artificial Super Grass because of their in-depth knowledge and understanding both of their products and also the preparation and fitting of the grass. I have been happy to support both a family business and a product that is manufactured in Holland rather than the far east. Looking closely at the samples that I received from various suppliers; I soon realised that the quality of the artificial glass from Artificial Super Grass was far and away superior to any other samples. In fact there is a massive variation in the quality and cost of the grass out there. I am pleased that I shopped around. I finally chose "43mm Pooch Deluxe." The delivery process was smooth and again demonstrated the family's obliging care and willingness to give tips to a first time Artificial Grass DIY person like myself. I am really pleased with the final result, it far surpasses my expectations as to the quality of the Artificial Grass. My granddaughter has already had a romp on it and my Golden Retriever too looks as proud as punch with it. Thanks again to everyone in the family for a job thoughtfully and well done. 10/10.
