Delivery Information


Doncaster, delivery is fast and FREE.. We aim to have your order with you within 48 hours but in some cases may take longer in busy periods. Feel free to get in touch regarding available delivery slots.


The rest of Yorkshire and surrounding areas, delivery charges may apply and are available by entering your postcode on checkout. Generally it is a £35 delivery charge but it is also dependable on your area. We aim to get your order with you within 3 working days(Mon-Fri) but in some cases may take longer in busy periods. Deliveries take place between 7am and 9pm on your delivery day. Unfortunately, Artificial Super Grass cannot guarantee any specific delivery times throughout the day.


Please note that all deliveries are carried out by a single man multi-drop driver so it is extremely likely the driver will require assistance with unloading.

PLEASE NOTE...Artificial Grass rolls can be extremely heavy and manoeuvring them can become quite a task.


Artificial Super Grass agree to deliver your grass rolls to the nearest curb side. Our delivery drivers are often happy to take items on to your property if access is reasonable, however this cannot be guaranteed.


Should permission be granted for the driver to enter your property, we will not be held liable for any damage made to the goods on the property itself once on your premises.


It is the customers responsibility when ordering if you think you have any access problems or restrictions which we should be made aware of.


Artificial super Grass will not be held liable for any re-delivery charges due to restricted access which we were not made aware of prior to arrival.


Although highly unlikely, it is possible that products can get damaged in transit. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately via email with photographs to back up your claim.


Once you have signed or acknowledged your delivery, you are accepting the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We will not be able to make a claim on your behalf for damages if the courier can provide us with evidence that you have accepted the delivery. Our delivery driver will take photos of each individually delivered Artificial grass roll.


We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We strongly advise that you arrange your delivery at least 10 working days before any installation is planned or any fitter is booked. We will not accept any liability for time or economic loss as a result of any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.



All products can be collected from our warehouse in Doncaster but will require an appointment booking prior to collection. Please note that during busy periods you may experience a wait while our yard staff serve other customers or are loading/unloading other vehicles.



The company operates a 30-day return policy in line with the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. If you wish to return goods, you must notify the company within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This must be done in writing by email to

The company will not arrange collections for non-faulty goods being returned, it is the buyer’s responsibility to return goods to the company’s warehouse in Doncaster. The customer will be liable for return costs and any goods that are returned and must be within 14 days of the company’s agreement to accept the returns.

Once the goods are received at our premises the company will inspect the goods. Subject to the goods arriving at our premises in a re-sellable condition we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to withhold any refund in the case of the goods being returned to us in less than a re-sellable condition.

All refunds will be processed using the same method used when payment was made and will be issued within 7 days of the company’s receipt of the items.

All non-faulty goods returned will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
