Delivery Charges

Doncaster is £20 and aim to deliver your order within 1 to 5 working days. (Mon-Fri)

Northern England is £35 and aim to deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days. (Mon-Fri)
(In some cases may take longer in busy periods).

Central England is £35 and aim to deliver your order within 3 to 7 working days. (Mon-Fri)
(In some cases may take longer in busy periods).

Midlands is £35 and aim to deliver your order within 3 to 10 working days. (Mon-Fri)
(In some cases may take longer in busy periods).

South England is £35 and aim to deliver your order within 3 to 14 working days. (Mon-Fri)
(In some cases may take longer in busy periods).

South Scotland is £35 and aim to deliver your order within 3 to 14 working days. (Mon-Fri)
(In some cases may take longer in busy periods).

North, South and East Wales is £35 and aim to deliver your order within 3 to 14 working days. (Mon-Fri)

Rest of England, Scotland and Wales, A surcharge will apply where standard delivery costs don't apply. Artificial Super Grass have the right to change delivery timescales and delivery costs at any time. These areas can take upto 20 working days(Mon-Fri)

Delivery - Artificial Super Grass In-House Courier Service

Deliveries are carried out by a single man delivery service so the driver will require assistance with unloading onto a wheeled trolley. Artificial Grass rolls can be extremely heavy so our in-house delivery driver will help you manoeuvre the roll to where you require it placing, providing there is a clear pathway with zero obstructions for a wheeled trolley to be guided.

Failure to offer a clear pathway with zero obstructions could result in a curbside drop only.

Should delivery of the artificial grass roll(s) need to be through your home, permission must be granted for the driver to enter your property. Artificial Super Grass and the delivery driver will not be held liable for any damage to your property attempting to get the goods to your required destination.

Once the artificial grass roll(s) are on your property, Artificial Super Grass and the delivery driver will not be held liable for any damage made attempting to get the goods to your required destination.

We are unable to offer any specific delivery times prior to delivery day and deliveries can take place between 6am and 10pm.

However, we can provide a delivery time window on the morning of your delivery day.

All delivery time windows are estimations only to help provide an idea when your order will arrive with you, however we cannot guarantee this time window as sometimes traffic and other external driving related issues occur beyond our control.

Delivery - External Courier Service

You will be made aware on your 'PAID INVOICE' email if your order will be delivered using an external courier company.

All external courier contact details will also be provided within the email should you need to contact the courier for any reason.

Re-Delivery Charges

You will be made aware of your delivery day in advance, therefore if for any reason whatsoever our Artificial Super Grass in-house delivery service or any external courier service are not able to deliver your artificial grass roll(s) an additional re-delivery charge will be applied.

Additional re-delivery charges will be applied and may not be the same as your initial delivery charges due to Artificial Super Grass offering a initial reduced one-time-only delivery fee for your area which are shown above in the 'Delivery Charges' section above.

All re-delivery charges are bespoke to individual requirements and will be calculated at the time of arranging re-delivery. Payment will be required in full to be able to confirm a new delivery date for your order.

Re-delivery charges will vary depending upon the following:

a) Location
b) Number of grass roll(s)
c) Total weight of order

Please make Artificial Super Grass aware of any restricted access when ordering, prior to delivery.

Artificial Super Grass will not be held liable for any re-delivery charges due to not being able to deliver your artificial grass roll(s)

 

 

Safe-Place Delivery with Nobody Home

If you are unable to be home to accept your order, Artificial Super Grass in-house delivery service or any external courier service are happy to deliver into your required 'Safe Place' which needs to be arranged prior to delivery day

'Safe Place' delivery can only be made via prior arrangement with Artificial Super Grass as we would need to confirm if this is available for your particular order. Sometimes artificial grass roll(s) weight make this an unavailable option due to assistance being required with unloading.

'Safe Place' delivery can only be carried out providing there is a clear pathway with zero obstructions for a wheeled trolley to be guided.

 

 

Delivery Acceptance

Once you have signed or acknowledged your delivery, you are accepting the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. 

If you have chosen 'Safe Place' delivery, either our Artificial Super Grass in-house delivery service driver or any external courier service driver will take photos of your delivered artificial grass roll(s) as proof of perfect condition.

 

 

Delivery Delays - Unforeseen Circumstances

Artificial Super Grass make every effort to deliver your artificial grass roll(s) on your pre-arranged delivery day. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control, we may need to delay your order. Typical reasons for these types of delays can be:

a) Traffic delays
b) Vehicle malfunction
c) Delivery driver illness
d) Extreme weather warnings

Artificial Super Grass will not accept liability for lost time or monetary loss as a result of any delay or failure to deliver your artificial grass roll(s) within the estimated timescales.

We strongly advise that you arrange your delivery at least 10 working days before any artificial grass installation is planned.

 

 

Returns

Artificial Super Grass operate a 30-day return policy in line with the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. If you wish to return goods, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This must be done in writing by emailing: sales@artificialsupergrass.co.uk

It is the customers responsibility to return goods to our Artificial Super Grass warehouse.

Within the company’s agreement to accept the returns, the customer will be liable to 100% of the total return delivery costs of any goods that are returned and must fall within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Artificial Super Grass agree to accept any goods which are returned in a:
'NEW' unused, grade 'A' re-sellable, fully wrapped perfect condition.

Artificial Super Grass will inspect the goods once they are received at our warehouse and reserve the right to withhold any refund in the case of the goods being returned to us in less than a:
'NEW' unused, grade 'A' re-sellable, fully wrapped perfect condition.

All refunds will be processed using the same method used when payment was made and will be issued within 7 days of the company’s receipt of the items.

 

Artificial Super Grass will not accept any returns if the artificial grass roll(s) have been used or cut in any way as these will no longer be deemed a 'NEW' unused, grade 'A' re-sellable, perfect condition.

 

Re-stocking Charges

'NEW' unused, grade 'A' re-sellable, fully wrapped perfect condition will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
