I used this company for the first time recently, having been recommended them by another tradesman. I used their Dog specific artificial grass for a customer in Chesterfield. I have to say from initial contact right through to delivery, this company is outstanding. Top tier customer service. I shall be using them for all of my artificial grass projects going forward. John, JS Landscapes, Chesterfield
Response from the owner:Thank you John for the fantastic review and for recommending us. We are delighted our dog-specific artificial grass and service met your expectations from first contact to delivery. We appreciate you choosing us for your Chesterfield project and look forward to supporting JS Landscapes with future artificial grass projects. Your trust means a lot to our team.

Easy to cut to site dimensions and shape, we specified to lay the high drainage artificial turf most suitable for dogs and urine. Clean stone base comprised MOT type 3 over Terram 1000 geotextile and a top layer of hard limestone grit 4mm aggregate size, fully compacted to finished height of tanalised timber edge 50 x 50 mm size, screwed onto face of raised timber edge to plant bed. Turf was rolled out and left in-situ for 36 hours, dogs played and no movement.Final trim to all edging then fixed into position with top timber batten screwed at 300mm centres into concealed timber edge to form a tight fit, any future problems and this process is simply reversed. Any excess bulges in turf easily ironed out during fix. Muck and dirt scrapped off and washed down clean with wet hose. I chose not to brush to lift threads, the dogs scuff it up playing. I actually cleaned the surface free of loose clippings from trimming area, using my trusty Henry! All excellent and thoroughly recommend.
Response from the owner:Thank you John for the detailed five-star review. We are thrilled the high drainage turf and installation method have held up well with your dogs and that the finished edge and fixing gave a secure result. We appreciate you sharing the installation and cleaning details; it will help other customers know what to expect. Your recommendation means a lot to our team.

Is artificial grass safe for pets and children?

Yes. Our artificial grass is non-toxic, lead-free and designed to be safe for both pets and children. Many of our ranges are also urine-resistant and easy to clean, making them ideal for family gardens.

How long does artificial grass last?

High-quality artificial grass can last between 10–15 years depending on usage and maintenance. All our artificial grass ranges are UV-stabilised and designed to stay green and durable for many years.

Does artificial grass drain water?

Yes. Artificial grass is manufactured with drainage holes that allow rainwater and pet urine to pass through easily, helping your lawn stay dry and usable all year round.

How much does artificial grass cost?

Artificial grass prices in the UK vary depending on the style and quality. We supply a wide range of artificial grass options suitable for different budgets, with prices starting from around £5 per m².

Will artificial grass fade in the sun?
