Can honestly say the level of service provided by this family run business is the best experience I have ever had with anyone in any line of business. From first contact everything was done in the best possible way and they helped me at every point with advice on what I would need for my project, including tips on how best to go about my self install. The quality of the doggy daycare grass product I bought is excellent and definitely worth what I paid for it. Neil the managing director delivered my grass himself and helped me get it to where I needed it in my garden. He was really helpful with advice as he used to be an artificial grass installer himself and I cannot thank him and his team enough, brilliant company to deal with, I would recommend anyone looking for artificial grass to look no further than Artificial Super Grass. I still have to finish cutting in my grass and brushing it but it is in position now so photo included for reference.

Can’t believe how different it’s made to the garden having the artificial grass put down, couldn’t thank the contractor Patrick enough he worked so hard putting the artificial grass down, the company were very supportive all the way through delivering the grass on time, the contractor arranged for everything needed to be delivered, I was told it would take 2 days to do however he finished in 2 day, thank you so much, would recommend this company to anyone who required quality artificial grass

Very informative sales team, who were able to recommend an approved installer and offered advice on type and quality of grass. Kept informed of delivery right up to 10 minutes before arrival, delivery driver was very friendly and courteous placed the rolls where I wanted them and reassured me that my chosen installer was a great choice as he had seen much of his previous work. From start to finish the communication and service was amazing. The samples we received were easily the best quality compared to 4 other suppliers and a very competitive price. The team were really helpful when ordering to help make sure we ordered the right amounts. I am over the moon with how the grass has transformed my garden and love being able to just walk outside barefoot, it is so soft and comfy. We've found it very easy to clean and maintain. Initially ordered samples of artificial grass on line, and received call from Georgia to double check which samples we required on the basis of the use we had for the new lawn. Once done, we visited the showroom & received excellent advise on the type of grass to choose, with lots of full size samples & information available. Once ordered, they stored the rolls for us until delivery was required, which took place on the date requested. Excellent customer service from Georgia, and would certainly recommend.

From our first contact with the guys at Artificial Super Grass the service has been impeccable. We went to the show room to pick our grass, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They came out to give me a quote and I even received a text to say they were on the way with a link to a tracker saying exactly how long they would be. Once I had accepted my quote, which you can do online, they called me promptly to arrange a fitting date. All the guys that attended to fit my grass were on time, worked really hard and even spent time cleaning up after themselves. We are so pleased with the transformation. Can not recommend this company enough 👍🏻

After dealing with cowboy rip off trades men I decided to take on my garden my self … I laid a sub base of type 1 and grano dust and fitted the grass myself this weekend , to say I’m delighted with the end result is an understatement , great quality , price and even the delivery driver was cheerful and helpful ! Highly recommended !

We had our garden renovated earlier this year and part of it was having a artificial lawn with sleeper boarders laid. From the point of enquiry through to the actual work being completed Artificial Super Grass were excellent. We had regular professional updates so we always knew what was happening. I have used this company twice now and both times they have been fantastic to work with, i had artificial grass from them previously but wanted to extend it they had stopped selling the grass i had but did everything they could to match the new grass to the previous one, the previous grass has been down around 3 years now and still looks like its just been put down! 5⭐ When I placed an order with Artificial Super Grass I took the risk of not ordering a sample but decided based on their video and description of the grass product. I was slightly reluctant about it but I was very surprised when it arrived and the quality was just as described. The delivery was super quick and the driver was helpful and friendly. In the end I changed the design of my garden and ordered some more, again with excellent customer service.

Fantastic service! We visited the showroom and asked for some advice about our garden design. We were concerned about the size of the grassed area in our garden as it meant we would need to join two pieces of grass together in the centre of the garden and we were worried that it would be too noticeable. The staff were extremely knowledgable and explained how to do this. They ensured that we had everything we needed to do the garden ourselves, it was easy to fit and it genuinely looks like real grass!

Our gorgeous natural lawn had been destroyed by our two boxer dogs so we decided to go down the route of Artificial Grass. After contacting a handful of companies we decided to go with Artificial Super Grass and so pleased we did. We were kept informed at all times, with updates about what would happen and when from the time the order was placed to the night before the new turf being installed. On the day of installation six very professional and friendly members of the team arrived at 8.00 a.m. and stayed until late afternoon / teatime, and again on the second day. They left everything spotlessly clean at the end of both days. After the lawn installation had been completed they also went so far as to also kindly take some inches off the bottom of the door of our garden shed so it didn't wear on the new turf! Have to say, it wasn't an easy job for them as I believe when they originally came to give us the quote we were told our garden was 162 square metres!! Would definitely recommend Artificial Super Grass to anyone who is thinking of going down the fake lawn route .... definitely no regrets and our two boxer dogs love it!!! 👌👌👌

Had some artificial grass samples sent from “ArtificialsuperGrass” . I could not believe the difference in quality compared to other samples I had ordered from other manufacturers. Then their sale cut the price of the 45mm Luxury grass almost in half so it was a no brainier. Had a few chats over messenger with them which they answered promptly and most helpful. Ordered the grass on the Wednesday and it was delivered Friday. The delivery guy was so nice, brought both sections right around the house to the back and gave me a few pointers as I am laying the grass myself. The grass comes rollled and wrapped in black plastic. It looks amazing down and feels like proper grass but without the hassles of cutting it. Would definitely use them again. They even knew where Morecambe was as they had never delivered here before. 😜😜
