Absolutely fantastic service. Quality of grass is amazing. I was unsure how it would look as I remember when it first came out and it was thin and not a proper green grass colour. Had a great experience with these guys right from the initial online contact, they sent me samples that literally can the next day from me contacting them, once I chose the grass I was given a competitive quote for everything I needed and once I gave the go ahead all materials delivered promptly the same week.

Can honestly say the level of service provided by this family run business is the best experience I have ever had with anyone in any line of business. From first contact everything was done in the best possible way and they helped me at every point with advice on what I would need for my project, including tips on how best to go about my self install. The quality of the doggy daycare grass product I bought is excellent and definitely worth what I paid for it. Neil the managing director delivered my grass himself and helped me get it to where I needed it in my garden. Upon phoning, I was immediately impressed by Artificial Super Grass because of their in-depth knowledge and understanding both of their products and also the preparation and fitting of the grass.
I have been happy to support both a family business and a product that is manufactured in Holland rather than the far east.
Looking closely at the samples that I received from various suppliers; I soon realised that the quality of the artificial glass from Artificial Super Grass was far and away superior to any other samples. In fact there is a massive variation in the quality and cost of the grass out there. I am pleased that I shopped around. I finally chose "43mm Pooch Deluxe."
The delivery process was smooth and again demonstrated the family's obliging care and willingness to give tips to a first time Artificial Grass DIY person like myself.
I am really pleased with the final result, it far surpasses my expectations as to the quality of the Artificial Grass.
My granddaughter has already had a romp on it and my Golden Retriever too looks as proud as punch with it.

Once done, we visited the showroom & received excellent advise on the type of grass to choose, with lots of full size samples & information available. From our first contact with the guys at Artificial Super Grass the service has been impeccable. We went to the show room to pick our grass, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They came out to give me a quote and I even received a text to say they were on the way with a link to a tracker saying exactly how long they would be. Once I had accepted my quote, which you can do online, they called me promptly to arrange a fitting date. All the guys that attended to fit my grass were on time, worked really hard and even spent time cleaning up after themselves. We are so pleased with the transformation. Can not recommend this company enough 👍🏻

Fantastic service! We visited the showroom and asked for some advice about our garden design. We were concerned about the size of the grassed area in our garden as it meant we would need to join two pieces of grass together in the centre of the garden and we were worried that it would be too noticeable. The staff were extremely knowledgable and explained how to do this. They ensured that we had everything we needed to do the garden ourselves, it was easy to fit and it genuinely looks like real grass!

Our gorgeous natural lawn had been destroyed by our two boxer dogs so we decided to go down the route of Artificial Grass. After contacting a handful of companies we decided to go with Artificial Super Grass and so pleased we did. We were kept informed at all times, with updates about what would happen and when from the time the order was placed to the night before the new turf being installed. On the day of installation six very professional and friendly members of the team arrived at 8.00 a.m. and stayed until late afternoon / teatime, and again on the second day. They left everything spotlessly clean at the end of both days. After the lawn installation had been completed they also went so far as to also kindly take some inches off the bottom of the door of our garden shed so it didn't wear on the new turf! Have to say, it wasn't an easy job for them as I believe when they originally came to give us the quote we were told our garden was 162 square metres!! Would definitely recommend Artificial Super Grass to anyone who is thinking of going down the fake lawn route .... definitely no regrets and our two boxer dogs love it!!! 👌👌👌

After months of researching artificial grass with no success, what a find Artificial Super Grass were!
From speaking with Claire and Georgia in sales to delivery with Ashley, I cannot rate this company high enough. Neil, the managing director, helped with advice too about what accessories to purchase. A fantastic service with a team who go out of their way to help you even if it’s just the grass that’s been supplied (and not the fitting).

Neil came out to measured up and gave me a quote really nice guy friendly he went through the different types of artificial grass they supplied and the quality in top class we went with the new superior 40mm and was a no brainier to get these lads. The morning they came the lads talk me through it and they just cracked on the team was about 7 of them working through the rain and didn’t stop all sound lads and can’t fault their work tidied up and cleaned everywhere as well they also explained and how to maintain it aswell I can’t thank them enough

Had some artificial grass samples sent from “ArtificialsuperGrass” . I could not believe the difference in quality compared to other samples I had ordered from other manufacturers. Then their sale cut the price of the 45mm Luxury grass almost in half so it was a no brainier. Had a few chats over messenger with them which they answered promptly and most helpful. Ordered the grass on the Wednesday and it was delivered Friday. The delivery guy was so nice, brought both sections right around the house to the back and gave me a few pointers as I am laying the grass myself. The grass comes rollled and wrapped in black plastic. It looks amazing down and feels like proper grass but without the hassles of cutting it. Would definitely use them again. They even knew where Morecambe was as they had never delivered here before. 😜😜
