Our Artificial Super Grass terms and conditions apply whenever you are using our Artificial Super Grass website and/or placing an order. By using the website and/or placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Artificial Super Grass have made every effort to ensure that the information and content on our website is as accurate and up to date as possible, however we cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, or changes in product pricing.
Artificial Super Grass reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, our website (or any part thereof) with or without notice and you and confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications or withdrawals to the Website.
Changes or updates to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and your continued use of our Artificial Super Grass website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance. Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business, or anticipated savings); or any loss of goodwill or reputation; or any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the conditions.
Nothing in the conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents, or employees.
Entire Agreement
These conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what Artificial Super Grass and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the terms & conditions, you have not relied on any representation save in so far as the same has expressly been made a term of these conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not, has such become a term of the conditions.
Severance
If any part of the conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the conditions.
Waiver
No waiver by Artificial Super Grass shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
Survival
Each provision of the conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.
Law
Artificial Super Grass shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Product Stock Levels
Whilst we endeavour to keep all artificial grass products in stock for available dispatch, sometimes ‘Low Stock’ and ‘Out of Stock’ products are beyond our control and are subject to availability.
Payment Methods
Telephone orders are placed using a debit or credit card via First Payment Merchant Services terminal machines.
Bank transfer payment is available once email a payable proforma invoice over. Artificial Super Grass bank details are attached on all invoices for payment to be made.
Artificial Super Grass will forward a ‘PAID INVOICE’ over once payment has been received to acknowledge proof of payment
Artificial Super Grass do not store debit or credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Website Prices
All prices stated include VAT at 20% where applicable.
Artificial Grass In-Wrapping Inspection
All artificial grass rolls have been carefully prepared in our warehouse by our dedicated distribution team. Before wrapping and packing takes place, both our warehouse operative and warehouse manager fully inspect and sign off all artificial grass rolls and passed by our quality control team, confirming it is in a perfect, 'grade - A' condition.
It is the customers responsibility to fully inspect the artificial grass upon opening and contact us immediately if you feel you have any issues with your grass roll. Any issues will not be dealt with if the Artificial Grass roll has become dirty in any way or already started to be used for your installation.
Artificial Grass Creases & Settling
Please ensure that you unroll your grass and allow it some time to settle and allow any creases to naturally fall out. This process will take longer in colder weather and be quite a speedy process in warmer weather.
Website Photography
All artificial grass photos shown on our Artificial Super Grass website are as accurate as possible. Each colour has been carefully matched to its appearance in natural daylight. However, colours may well appear slightly different on your monitor and different again under the lighting conditions in your home and garden.
Discount Voucher Codes
Artificial Super Grass discount voucher code terms and conditions state:
i) Two different discount voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another, therefore only one discount voucher code can be used on any one artificial grass purchase at any one time.
ii) Discount voucher codes can only be used in conjunction with artificial grass roll orders which are cut from the main ‘Mother Rolls’ in our warehouse
iii) Discount voucher codes aren’t available to be used on any roll-ends or remnants
iv) Discount voucher codes aren’t available to be used on any ‘Full-Roll’ purchases as they are already fully discounted.

Sample Colours and Yarns
Artificial Super Grass recommend that you take advantage of our free sample service to provide you with an accurate representation of the actual colour and yarn quality used to manufacture each individual artificial grass product.
Whilst we endeavour to keep yarn colours consistent throughout all our product ranges, sometimes due to our manufacturers changing yarn products and yarn suppliers, there may be a slight colour variation in sample received to purchased artificial grass roll. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and cannot accept any liability.
Colour Batch Matching
Colour batches may vary from batch to batch; therefore, it may be possible that your artificial grass can vary very slightly from sample to sample or batch to batch any previously same named product.
If you are purchasing more than 1 roll of the same named artificial grass product within the same order, Artificial Super Grass guarantee to send the same batch matched artificial grass on all rolls ensuring colour consistency throughout.
If you are trying to match up to an existing named product, we recommend that you contact us prior to placing the order so that we can try our best to ensure a batch match.
Artificial Grass Use
All artificial grass may show shade differences when used or walked on as the grass settles in. This occurs when the grass pile lies in different directions and therefore reflects light differently. The extent to which your artificial grass will show the effects of shading depends upon its individual construction. Thicker, denser, deep pile grass will show this more due to the amount of grass blade yarn used in the manufacturing process and is not a manufacturing defect, nor will it affect the lifespan of your grass.
Flattening
Pile will naturally flatten more quickly in areas of heavier use. However, denser artificial grass products will flatten less than cheaper artificial grass products with less stitches and pile fibres. This is not a fault and will not affect the wearability of your artificial grass.
Size Tolerance
A tolerance of plus or minus 1.25% is allowable in accordance with clause 3 of British Standard 3655 of 1981. It is advisable to always allow 0.25m extra on the maximum length and 0.25m extra on the maximum width to allow any trimming.
Cancellations Policy - Prior to Delivery
Please let us know as soon as possible If you would like to cancel your order prior to it being delivered:
- If your artificial grass roll(s) have not been cut and wrapped, we will cancel your order and full refund will be processed.
- If your artificial grass roll(s) have already been cut and wrapped but not dispatched, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and the full delivery charge will be refunded.
- If your artificial grass roll(s) have already been cut, wrapped, dispatched but not delivered, then a 15% restocking fee will apply, and full delivery charge will not be refunded.
All refunds will be processed using the same method used when payment was made and will be issued within 7 days.
