Coverage Guide

1 x 5kg tub covers approximately:

• 10–15m² (depending on application thickness)
• Up to 15 linear metres of seam tape or concrete haunch when applied correctly

How to Use Wet-Fix (Seams & Concrete Haunch)

1. Mix adhesive thoroughly with supplied hardener.
2. Apply onto the white side of Artificial Grass Joint Tape using a notched trowel.
3. Spread evenly (leave approx 25mm gap at tape edges).
4. Lay grass into adhesive and press firmly.
5. Avoid excessive adhesive squeezing through backing.

For long seams, fold grass back carefully and work in sections.

How to Use Wet-Fix (Concrete)

1. Apply adhesive using a notched trowel around perimeter.
2. Add internal adhesive spread or controlled beads.
3. Lay grass into place and apply firm pressure.

Creates a superior full-area bond.

Mixing Instructions

• Mix entire hardener bottle into adhesive tub.
• Use mechanical mixer for consistent blend.
• Mix thoroughly before application.
• Do not mix partial ratios unless accurately measured.

Once mixed, working time begins.

Working & Cure Time (Approximate)

Open time varies by temperature:

At 20°C:

• Working time: ~1 hour
• Cure time: 4–8 hours initial
• Full cure: 24+ hours

Lower temperatures increase cure time. Do not use if risk of ground frost before curing.

When Should You Use Wet-Fix Instead of Cartridge Adhesive?

Choose Wet-Fix when:

• Seams exceed 10 metres
• Installing commercial or high-wear areas
• Maximum seam integrity is required
• Installing in damp conditions
• Working in colder temperatures

For small DIY joins, cartridge adhesive is sufficient. For serious installs, Wet-Fix wins.
