What Are Artificial Grass Screws Used For?

Artificial grass screws are used to secure artificial grass directly to:

  • Timber edging
  • Composite edging systems
  • Wooden framework
  • Garden borders

They are not designed for soil or sub-base fixing. Use artificial grass U-pins or nails for ground installations.

Why Choose Our Artificial Grass Screws?

  • 30mm length – ideal for edging fix
  • Self-drilling thread – no pilot hole required
  • Corrosion resistant coating
  • T20 Torx head – improved grip & reduced cam-out
  • FREE Torx bit included

Designed for fast installation with a battery-powered drill.

How to Install Artificial Grass Screws

  1. Lay the artificial grass in position and secure one end first.
  2. Tension and stretch the artificial grass using a carpet kicker for a tight, professional finish.
  3. Carefully part the grass fibres between stitch lines.
  4. Insert the T20 Torx bit into your drill.
  5. Drive the screw directly through the backing into timber or composite edging.
  6. Brush fibres upright to conceal screw heads.

When installed correctly, fixings remain discreet within the grass pile.

Install at approximately 150mm intervals around the perimeter for a secure finish.

Important Installation Tip

  • Avoid trapping grass blades under the screw head.
  • Part the fibres first to ensure a cleaner, more discreet finish.
  • When installed correctly, fixings are barely visible within the grass pile.
