We haven't actually spread the artificial grass yet as still in preparation stage but the service from ordering the samples & receiving them was really speedy. Then after ordering, it was delivered within days by a really helpful guy who contacted me the day before to let me know the time he was due & check it was convenient. He was helpful & pleasant. I'm sure we'll have no problems with the product once we come to lay it.So far very pleased.
