I’ve returfed my lawn several times, each time within a year the grassed failed. It looked a mess. I decided to go for artificial grass. Which was laid 3 weeks ago. It looks fantastic ! It’s brought a new feel to the garden & I’m now enjoying adding my plants & character to the garden.

Customer service was fantastic, wanted to get ordered but hold off delivery until this week, they reached out almost immediately confirming they'd seen my note. Delivery was great, really efficient, friendly driver, product not laid yet but it looks fantastic, would highly recommend.

Went to see these guys about 3 weeks ago , lovely well laid out showroom & the chap who's business it is (sorry I didn't catch your name )was very helpful & informative , gave us various samples to take away & even gave us the name of a recommended installer.
The lawn is now fitted & looks amazing , great natural looking grass , and really well fitted , couldn't ask for anything more !

Exceptional company to do business with. Very high level of customer service from Artificial Super Grass throughout. Opted for the VIP grass after discussing options in the showroom. It is beyond perfect and we couldn’t be happier with our garden now. Burning the previous grass with hot coals was meant to be 😂.

A brilliant family company .Georgia and Neil were great to deal with.Price and quality of materials were very good.After care service was first class answered every call and responded when promised .The brochure and tutorial videos were very helpful.and I was in the building trade for 40 years and I would highly recommend.

The Artificial Supergrass website was quick & easy to navigate. I selected a few Samples to view and they were sent very quickly. . Decent sized samples, which made selection much easier. Received a text message asking if all was ok and to get in touch with any questions. I did have a couple of questions and they were answered quickly, without fuss or pressure. I placed my Order - for supply only, which was delivered without issues. Extremely happy with the whole process and delighted with my grass. Excellent quality & excellent Service.

Really good service throughout. We visited their showroom to look and feel all the grass options before selecting what we wanted (a mixture of 4 meter wide for the front and 5m wide for the back). Georgia and Neil provided great advice on installation options and the accessories we needed. All delivered exactly on time and perfect!
