Great service. Hint: go to the showroom they have a great range to choose from. When I arrived it was mid afternoon hoping they could deliver quickly as I had been let down by another supplier, ordered the turf and was delivered in 2 hours, magic.

We had our garden renovated earlier this year and part of it was having a artificial lawn with sleeper boarders laid. From the point of enquiry through to the actual work being completed Artificial Super Grass were excellent. We had regular professional updates so we always knew what was happening. They team that laid the artificial grass were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job. We were very happy and would 100% recommend.

All the staff I dealt with were courteous and very easy to speak to, the grass is extremely good quality and was well wrapped, I was kept informed on how my delivery was progressing by text and was able to track my delivery to my door by the link in the email

When I placed an order with Artificial Super Grass I took the risk of not ordering a sample but decided based on their video and description of the grass product. I was slightly reluctant about it but was very surprised when it arrived, the quality was just as described. The delivery was super quick and the driver was helpful and friendly. In the end I changed the design of my garden and ordered some more, again with excellent customer service and delivery.

Fantastic service! We visited the showroom and asked for some advice about our garden design. We were concerned about the size of the grassed area in our garden as it meant we would need to join two pieces of grass together in the centre of the garden and we were worried that it would be too noticeable. The staff were extremely knowledgable and explained how to do this. They ensured that we had everything we needed to do the garden ourselves, it was easy to fit and it genuinely looks like real grass!The order arrived promptly and the man who delivered it was really helpful and ensured that we were confident in installing it.The grass is extremely high quality and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! I used this firm earlier in the year and my artificial grass was easy to install, great price and quality and still looks good. It takes a lot for me to feel comfortable when parting with money, a true yorkshireman. So it says a lot when I felt very much at ease talking over my options in the showroom with Neil & Claire. Ordered the New Superior 2021 40mm pile, samples sent out free of charge, aided our choice and helped with comparing similar priced elsewhere. Hands down these were the best price for the product we wanted.We asked for a particular date for delivery which was met, the driver with assistance from my son brought the roll in to the garden, into an area convenient for us.Would really recommend. We self installed.

From start to finish we have had a great service from this company. Various samples were sent to us after our initial enquiry, and Georgia from the office answered all our questions swiftly and confidently. She helped us with our garden plan and how it should be done. There was no pressure at all from the company to buy, but their service was so good, and the price so competitive it was a no brainier.Delivery was arranged, as we live in Essex, which arrived on time, with notification from Ashley the driver, who arrived on time. Very professional, very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for him. What a great company.

I had a 50m2 area of overgrown and unmanageable grass which I have wanted rid of for years. Having been recommend artificial super grass from a family friend, I thought I would look into them. I completed the online quote and was happy with the costs, the owner then arranged a face to face survey to ensure it was all correct and discuss any questions or queries I had. I was overwhelmed by the quality of service throughout, from start to finish everything was fully communicated to me and any questions were answered. On the installation day itself, I was astonished to see how fast the job was completed, my entire job was done in a day. Impressed doesn’t begin to describe this business. We are very happy with our finished article and I definitely recommend these if you’re thinking about artificial grass.
