Great choice of grass samples, very good price for the quality. Very pleasant to deal with, with advice over the phone when I needed it for my DIY project. Delivery of 56 metres - I was on my own! - went smoothly because Ashley went above and beyond to help me get it into the garden rather than leave kerbside. Really pleased with end result.

The staff were incredible welcoming & friendly. They were very helpful & gave us lots of advice on how to lay the grass even though they offer that service. The grass was very easy to lay & looks fantastic. We will definitely be using them again when we get around to the front garden.

From first to last this company has been excellent.The office has kept in touch prior to installation all along the way. The installers were very hard working, polite & offered advice which I was happy to accept. My garden was transformed from an eyesore in a day.I cannot recommend this company high enough.

We had our back lawn installed with the superior 40mm grass. The team of installers were very good at their job. They were friendly, polite and informative. They were meticulous in their attention to detail.When they left it looked superb and set off the new paving installed just before their visit. However the next day when everything had dried out there were marks left on the black blocks lining the turf and also some marks on the paving.I thought that this would probably clean off easily but after a few attempts it did not shift.I rang them and that afternoon they called and scrubbed the offending marks on hands and knees with a special cleaner and then jet washed the residue.Next day it all looked perfect with all the marks removed. I did not want to detract from the great work they did for us by mentioning this in the review but as they said I should have called them immediately because they would rather come back and ensure the customer is happy.I would recommend Artificial Super Grass to anyone thinking of having this work done.Our thanks to Neil and the team.

Our gorgeous natural lawn had been destroyed by our two boxer dogs so we decided to go down the route of astroturf. After contacting a handful of companies we decided to go with Artificial Super Grass and so pleased we did. We were kept informed at all times, with updates about what would happen and when from the time the order was placed to the night before the new turf being installed. On the day of installation six very professional and friendly members of the team arrived at 8.00 a.m. and stayed until late afternoon / teatime, and again on the second day. They left everything spotlessly clean at the end of both days. After the lawn installation had been completed they also went so far as to also kindly take some inches off the bottom of the door of our garden shed so it didn't wear on the new turf! Have to say, it wasn't an easy job for them as I believe when they originally came to give us the quote we were told our garden was 162 square metres!! Would definitely recommend Artificial Super Grass to anyone who is thinking of going down the fake lawn route .... definitely no regrets and our two boxer dogs love it!!! 👌👌👌

Had mine installed, ordered the new superior 2021 40mm grass. A team of guys came, did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone are friendly and easy to talk to from they girls in the showroom to the guys fitting the grass. Cleaning up after themselves and explained how to maintain and clean the grass.

Well what can I say these guys were amazing from the girls in the office and the lads putting it down first class service.Neil came out to measured up and gave me a quote really nice guy friendly he went through the different types of artificial grass they supplied and the quality in top class we went with the new superior 40mm and was a no brainier to get these lads. The morning they came the lads talk me through it and they just cracked on the team was about 7 of them working through the rain and didn’t stop all sound lads and can’t fault their work tidied up and cleaned everywhere as well they also explained and how to maintain it aswell I can’t thank them enough100% recommend 5 star work from start to finish ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had some artificial grass samples sent from “ArtificialsuperGrass” . I could not believe the difference in quality compared to other samples I had ordered from other manufacturers. Then their sale cut the price of the 45mm Luxury grass almost in half so it was a no brainier. Had a few chats over messenger with them which they answered promptly and most helpful. Ordered the grass on the Wednesday and it was delivered Friday. The delivery guy was so nice, brought both sections right around the house to the back and gave me a few pointers as I am laying the grass myself. The grass comes rollled and wrapped in black plastic. It looks amazing down and feels like proper grass but without the hassles of cutting it. Would definitely use them again. They even knew where Morecambe was as they had never delivered here before. 😜😜

The delivery guy was so nice, brought both sections right around the house to the back and gave me a few pointers as I am laying the grass myself. The grass comes rollled and wrapped in black plastic. It looks amazing down and feels like proper grass but without the hassles of cutting it. Would definitely use them again. They even knew where Morecambe was as they had never delivered here before. 😜😜

Excellent service, delivery and product.I bought the artificial grass for a diy project in my back garden. Ordered 4 rolls on a Wednesday night and it arrived on the Friday. The driver (Ashley) help put it in to my garage then had a look at where I was fitting it, gave me some tips on fitting and sent me some vids to watch.The grass it’s self has gone down great and once I’ve done the boarders with raised planters my garden will be ready for the summer

Would highly recommend to anyone as from first quote they kept in contact ,letting me know that once a installation date is available they would let me know.
Once installation date booked they then contact at two week countdown to make sure it is still okay, then day before got text saying who lead workman was and he would be at house at 8:00 next day.
He and rest of team turned up at 8 as arranged, had two teams working,one group in front garden and one in back .
Worked very efficiently and left no mess at end , added fishing touch of layer of stone around edge of summerhouse and around the back of summerhouse

Its extremely rare that I post reviews or recommendations but for these Guys it was 5 Star from booking to installation! Neil was pleasant and attentive from measuring up to booking. Constant updates and countdowns from email and text and calls from Claire in the office kept us well informed.
On the day of installation the team were bang on time and despite heavy rain got straight on with setting up. little touches like protecting floors and doors were done and the team of 8 started the groundwork. What impressed us was how everything was structured and timed, nothing was rushed and the attention to detail was spot on. Everything went into making sure that we were happy particularly the shape and border edging for the lawn. Ian, Neil and all the team were a credit, tidying up after installing and left the garden, thoroughfare and driveway throughly clean. They have given us a garden lawn back and one to be proud of. Have had artifical grass fitted today and absolutely love it. Cannot recommend this Company enough, from the first enquiry to the guys coming to fit it today they have been great. Claire was always quick to get back to me, was really friendly and easy to talk to and explained the process clearly. Was regularly kept up to date regarding timescales for fitting and the guys that came to fit it today were really professional. Arrived when they said they would, got straight on with the job and never stopped working till it was finished. The team were absolutely amazing. They contacted me with a cancellation slot which brought my installation date forward by 2 weeks. Came in on the morning excavated it all, removed 4 ton of soil to level it all out and used 7 ton of sharp sand and 2 layers of membrane. They were clean and tidy and really polite even when they were hungry 😂 They also took the time out to have a little chat and explain maintenance to us. Excess concrete was around the edges where our fence posts were which made it difficult to get the pins in but the lads drilled and plugged quite a few hole without even complaining. The workmanship is fantastic and you can't even see the joining. Would definitely recommend Artificial Super Grass and have already done so to a few of our friends.

I only needed a small area 4.5mx 4.5 m which is an odd shape and slopes up hill which then adjoins a neighbours garden. They have done an amazing job. It fits perfectly level with our driveway and abuts the neighbours lawn seamlessly.

I ordered my grass on Wednesday and it arrived as promised on Friday. I received a telephone call by the delivery team 20 minutes before they arrived. The guys were very friendly and helpful. My son in law laid the grass for me on Sunday an I am absolutely delighted with it as are my dogs.

I looked around at artificial grass companies for a while before going with my gut, a personal recommendation and some excellent reviews. I can honestly say I’m delighted. Service from arranging a visit to the actual installation has been friendly, efficient and straightforward. They came when they said they would and made an excellent job, even giving me an earlier slot as a result of cancellation. The installation was great - done in around half a day and I was so impressed with the grass and the way the team cleaned up - it was immaculate! I strongly recommend this company - even better because they are local too!

I just want to express, what a fantastic job Artificial Supergrass did at my fathers front and rear lawns this week.They kept in contact all the time, updating us, of a start date. From the moment we contacted Neil and Claire at Artificial Supergrass they were friendly and professional. Neil came out promptly to measure up to ensure our quote was accurate. we chose to install ourselves and they supplied the grass and accessories to fit. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition and Neil gave the hubby a few tips to ensure the install and finish would go hassle free. I opted for the 38mm and it is amazingly soft and life like!!!! I have a dog too which is why we wanted to replace the grass after she wrecked it. No more bald patches and lumps and bumps!!! You won't regret using these guys. 🙌

I’ve had my Artificial Super Grass lawn for 3 years now. Yes, it was a considered purchase but worth every penny. It’s still as great as the day it was installed.
It looks and feels like a real lawn. Whatever the weather, it’s perfect.

Really happy with the ASG experience overall. They arrived on the day agreed (actually ahead of the original date, during a no doubt very busy summer for them). They interfaced the new lawn very well with existing fencing, drainage lids and patio path. The lawn has no “soft” spots and looks great. They were very informative & not rushed during the pre-installation visit. They tidied up well after completion too. Will happily recommend...

Neil and his team were amazing from start to finish. He came out to provide a quote when he said he would, pencilled us in then confirmed the date closer to the time. Even on the morning of the installation we received a message saying they were on their way. All the guys worked hard from the start, digging, levelling and installing in all weathers.
Nothing is too much trouble, even lifting our children's wooden playhouse, levelling and hardcoring the area underneath and to the side ready for us to slab. They certainly go that extra mile.
As a result our garden looks amazing and i would recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality artificial grass installing. Thankyou so much Neil and team!

Well what can I say about Neil and his team? From the first time I had contact with Neil, through Facebook, I knew I was dealing with a professional. He kept in touch, we arranged a suitable time for him to attend to quote and when he was going to be late he kept me up to date. When he came he was such a pleasant man, friendly, he listened, there was no rush, he spent a good 30-40 minutes just discussing our needs and generally being a nice guy. On the day of installation he arrived on time with his team and boy did they work! They worked cleanly and tidily removing all rubbish and leaving me with a beautiful green 'carpet' as that is what it feels like. Thank you Neil and the gang, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and I wish you all the luck in the world! Had our grass fitted today and we absolutely love it, we new from the minute we met Neil on our initial quote we wanted to use him & he hasn't disappointed! The only thing better then the grass is the amazing customer service we received from ASG, we finally have a garden to enjoy & for our little boy to play in! We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone & nothing we asked for was ever too much for them, they were only too happy to help! Neil is a top bloke and runs a great business! So thanks again!

I met Neil just before starting work on 23/6/17 in Rawcliffe. When returning around tea time I couldn't believe the difference. Talk about transformation. Today Neil and his team fitted our play area with artifical grass, unfortunately I had to be at work all day so they were alone all day to carry out the job.
I have arrive home this evening to an absolutely amazing job, although we were confident Neil and his team would do a good job it has turned out better than expected, fantastic finish and a real professional approach.

I can truthfully say I have received an A* service from Neil and his amazingly hard working team. From my initial enquiry through two site visits, working out logistics of skips, turning circles and delivering materials, working alongside other builders, being oggled by groups of heckling toddlers all day and still maintaining a thorough job with modesty and decorum.
I cannot praise Neil enough for his many considerations given to myself, the aspirations for the garden and the potential inconvenience to neighbours and for providing a first class service at every stage of the garden makeover with the hardest working team you will ever have the pleasure to meet and for completing a day ahead of schedule.

We are over the moon with our garden transformation, after we decided to replace our pond with artificial grass. It looks so real and has transformed the garden, and all completed in one day. The guys worked so hard, doing in 12 hours what would have taken us weeks to complete.

We got our artificial grass fitted from Neil it's transformed the garden as we are childminders all our children love it like us cos they can play and roll on the grass and not get muddy so everybody happy we highly recommend it Charlottes little learners.

We bought our new grass from Neil at artificial super grass and I can honestly say it's the best thing we've ever done, not just the grass but the level of customer service given by Neil.
Our grass was basically just a muddy sloppy mess with having a puppy who likes digging!
We collected the grass ourselves and looked at all the different types of grades and picked the one we liked. The price was very good (a lot cheaper than B&Q),he cut it while we waited and we took it away there and then altogether a great service very very happy ☺☺☺☺
