Ordered Sunday only to be told 2 days after there’s no delivery this week to your area will have to wait till next week for it to be delivered ground work already started as I used 1 of there installers too was told if u want we can cancel the order and the installer too will be leaving the site too, leaving me half way through the job
So you’re left with no choice to be threatened with no grass and garden half dug up..

Initially ordered samples of artificial grass on line, and received call from Georgia to double check which samples we required on the basis of the use we had for the new lawn. Once done, we visited the showroom & received excellent advise on the type of grass to choose, with lots of full size samples & information available. Once ordered, they stored the rolls for us until delivery was required, which took place on the date requested. Excellent customer service from Georgia, and would certainly recommend.

From our first contact with the guys at Artificial Super Grass the service has been impeccable. We went to the show room to pick our grass, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They came out to give me a quote and I even received a text to say they were on the way with a link to a tracker saying exactly how long they would be. Once I had accepted my quote, which you can do online, they called me promptly to arrange a fitting date. All the guys that attended to fit my grass were on time, worked really hard and even spent time cleaning up after themselves. We are so pleased with the transformation. I have used this company twice now and both times they have been fantastic to work with, i had artificial grass from them previously but wanted to extend it they had stopped selling the grass i had but did everything they could to match the new grass to the previous one, the previous grass has been down around 3 years now and still looks like its just been put down! 5⭐ When I placed an order with Artificial Super Grass I took the risk of not ordering a sample but decided based on their video and description of the grass product. I was slightly reluctant about it but I was very surprised when it arrived and the quality was just as described. The delivery was super quick and the driver was helpful and friendly. Fantastic service! We visited the showroom and asked for some advice about our garden design. We were concerned about the size of the grassed area in our garden as it meant we would need to join two pieces of grass together in the centre of the garden and we were worried that it would be too noticeable. The staff were extremely knowledgable and explained how to do this. They ensured that we had everything we needed to do the garden ourselves, it was easy to fit and it genuinely looks like real grass!
The order arrived promptly and the man who delivered it was really helpful and ensured that we were confident in installing it.

Ordered the New Superior 2021 40mm pile, samples sent out free of charge, aided our choice and helped with comparing similar priced elsewhere. Hands down these were the best price for the product we wanted.
We asked for a particular date for delivery which was met, the driver with assistance from my son brought the roll in to the garden, into an area convenient for us.

Great choice of grass samples, very good price for the quality. Very pleasant to deal with, with advice over the phone when I needed it for my DIY project. Delivery of 56 metres - I was on my own! - went smoothly because Ashley went above and beyond to help me get it into the garden rather than leave kerbside. Really pleased with end result.

The staff were incredible welcoming & friendly. They were very helpful & gave us lots of advice on how to lay the grass even though they offer that service. The grass was very easy to lay & looks fantastic. We will definitely be using them again when we get around to the front garden.

I completed the online quote and was happy with the costs, the owner then arranged a face to face survey to ensure it was all correct and discuss any questions or queries I had. I was overwhelmed by the quality of service throughout, from start to finish everything was fully communicated to me and any questions were answered. On the installation day itself, I was astonished to see how fast the job was completed, my entire job was done in a day. Impressed doesn’t begin to describe this business. Our gorgeous natural lawn had been destroyed by our two boxer dogs so we decided to go down the route of astroturf. After contacting a handful of companies we decided to go with Artificial Super Grass and so pleased we did. We were kept informed at all times, with updates about what would happen and when from the time the order was placed to the night before the new turf being installed. On the day of installation six very professional and friendly members of the team arrived at 8.00 a.m. and stayed until late afternoon / teatime, and again on the second day. They left everything spotlessly clean at the end of both days. After the lawn installation had been completed they also went so far as to also kindly take some inches off the bottom of the door of our garden shed so it didn't wear on the new turf! Have to say, it wasn't an easy job for them as I believe when they originally came to give us the quote we were told our garden was 162 square metres!! Would definitely recommend Artificial Super Grass to anyone who is thinking of going down the fake lawn route .... definitely no regrets and our two boxer dogs love it!!! 👌👌👌

Had mine installed, ordered the new superior 2021 40mm grass. A team of guys came, did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everyone are friendly and easy to talk to from they girls in the showroom to the guys fitting the grass. Cleaning up after themselves and explained how to maintain and clean the grass.

Had some artificial grass samples sent from “ArtificialsuperGrass” . I could not believe the difference in quality compared to other samples I had ordered from other manufacturers. Then their sale cut the price of the 45mm Luxury grass almost in half so it was a no brainier. Had a few chats over messenger with them which they answered promptly and most helpful. Ordered the grass on the Wednesday and it was delivered Friday. The delivery guy was so nice, brought both sections right around the house to the back and gave me a few pointers as I am laying the grass myself. The grass comes rollled and wrapped in black plastic. It looks amazing down and feels like proper grass but without the hassles of cutting it. Would definitely use them again. They even knew where Morecambe was as they had never delivered here before. 😜😜

Its extremely rare that I post reviews or recommendations but for these Guys it was 5 Star from booking to installation! Neil was pleasant and attentive from measuring up to booking. Constant updates and countdowns from email and text and calls from Claire in the office kept us well informed.
On the day of installation the team were bang on time and despite heavy rain got straight on with setting up. little touches like protecting floors and doors were done and the team of 8 started the groundwork. What impressed us was how everything was structured and timed, nothing was rushed and the attention to detail was spot on. Everything went into making sure that we were happy particularly the shape and border edging for the lawn. Ian, Neil and all the team were a credit, tidying up after installing and left the garden, thoroughfare and driveway throughly clean. They have given us a garden lawn back and one to be proud of. Have had artifical grass fitted today and absolutely love it. Cannot recommend this Company enough, from the first enquiry to the guys coming to fit it today they have been great. Claire was always quick to get back to me, was really friendly and easy to talk to and explained the process clearly. The team were absolutely amazing. They contacted me with a cancellation slot which brought my installation date forward by 2 weeks. Came in on the morning excavated it all, removed 4 ton of soil to level it all out and used 7 ton of sharp sand and 2 layers of membrane. They were clean and tidy and really polite even when they were hungry 😂 They also took the time out to have a little chat and explain maintenance to us. Excess concrete was around the edges where our fence posts were which made it difficult to get the pins in but the lads drilled and plugged quite a few hole without even complaining. The workmanship is fantastic and you can't even see the joining. Would definitely recommend Artificial Super Grass and have already done so to a few of our friends.

I only needed a small area 4.5mx 4.5 m which is an odd shape and slopes up hill which then adjoins a neighbours garden. They have done an amazing job. It fits perfectly level with our driveway and abuts the neighbours lawn seamlessly.

We have never seen a service provided with such professionalism and attention to detail as offered by the team from Artificial Super Grass. From initial order through to completion of of the work we were kept informed at every stage of the installation and are delighted with the results. I just want to express, what a fantastic job Artificial Supergrass did at my fathers front and rear lawns this week.They kept in contact all the time, updating us, of a start date. So yesterday we had our new Grass supplied and installed by Artificial Super Grass and I must say Neil and his team are so professional, all done in a single day. We couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment we contacted Neil and Claire at Artificial Supergrass they were friendly and professional. Neil came out promptly to measure up to ensure our quote was accurate. we chose to install ourselves and they supplied the grass and accessories to fit. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition and Neil gave the hubby a few tips to ensure the install and finish would go hassle free. I opted for the 38mm and it is amazingly soft and life like!!!! I have a dog too which is why we wanted to replace the grass after she wrecked it. No more bald patches and lumps and bumps!!! Really happy with the ASG experience overall. They arrived on the day agreed (actually ahead of the original date, during a no doubt very busy summer for them). From the minute the guys arrived they got stuck in and for what was to be a 2 day job they cleaned up at the end of each day, swilling down and cleaning the path, drive and road of eny soil or mud. Would I recommend them, yes, absolutely I would.

Neil and his team were amazing from start to finish. He came out to provide a quote when he said he would, pencilled us in then confirmed the date closer to the time. Even on the morning of the installation we received a message saying they were on their way. All the guys worked hard from the start, digging, levelling and installing in all weathers.
Nothing is too much trouble, even lifting our children's wooden playhouse, levelling and hardcoring the area underneath and to the side ready for us to slab. They certainly go that extra mile.

Neil from Artificial Super Grass came round as my third quote provider and by the time he left my mind was made up. Price wise he came in between the other two but he was the only one who spent half an hour with me explaining their process and answering all of my questions. Today was fitting day and my expectations have been exceeded on every level! Not only does my new lawn look amazing but you'd never know they'd been here because every grain of dirt and mess has been cleaned up, if only all workmen cleaned up after themselves eh lol.

Well what can I say about Neil and his team? From the first time I had contact with Neil, through Facebook, I knew I was dealing with a professional. He kept in touch, we arranged a suitable time for him to attend to quote and when he was going to be late he kept me up to date. When he came he was such a pleasant man, friendly, he listened, there was no rush, he spent a good 30-40 minutes just discussing our needs and generally being a nice guy. On the day of installation he arrived on time with his team and boy did they work! They worked cleanly and tidily removing all rubbish and leaving me with a beautiful green 'carpet' as that is what it feels like.
